I would like everyone to take a second and read this article by Lisbeth Darsh. I want you to remind yourself why you are here and what type of movements and skills CrossFit puts your body through. I do not claim to know everything, but I know bad form. When I correct you, OR WE HAVE A GUEST COACH, who corrects you, you take the criticism and fix what you are doing wrong. CrossFit is not all about the clock. You need perfect form before you load up on weight. And you need perfect form before you do a high number of reps for time. I will now be turning off the clock when I see this happening. You can not have an ego when you come into a CrossFit gym. There is no room for it. And I won’t allow it.
