CFS will be closed today and tomorrow in hopes that you are going to the Regionals in Canton, MA. If you are not, there are plenty of At Home WODs for you to do on your own. If you do do something on your own make sure you post it to the website!
There will only be one class on Monday, Memorial Day. Get your rest Sunday, because at 4:45pm we will be doing one hell of a WOD in honor of our veterans and troops. Wear your running shoes and shave those calluses down.

Followed by 30 minutes of cardio/abs
Ran the color me rad race in 39 minutes. I had fun and can’t wait for the next 5K.
