Just a reminder if you haven’t donated and still want to you have time! This Saturday at both our 8am and 930am classes we will be doing the WOD in honor of CrossFit for Hope. It is a FGB format with just a hint of ass kicking. Should be interesting and it’s for a great cause. 100% of the proceeds goes directly to St. Jude’s Children Research.
