Another rule to add as we go here at CFS.  You will find cleaning wipes around the gym.  After every each workout, each and every one of you will grab a wipe and clean off your equipment.  Whatever you touch.  Your barbell, kb, db, pull up bar, ab mat and med ball.  Anything that you have dripped sweat, blood or tears on.  Nobody likes touching dirty equipment.  Thank you.
