If you are a CrossFit junkie like myself, you are pretty excited about the games this year.  The athletes unexpectedly started yesterday, instead of Friday like they were told, at Camp Pendelton with a triathlon followed up with the Marine Corps Infantry O Course.  They are resting today and will pick back up with 3 WODS a day Friday through Sunday.  The schedule is online at www.games.crossfit.com  I know I’ll be watching it in between classes and over the weekend!
