It’s going to be in the mid 90s today.  You need to make sure you are getting enough water in you!  If you ever experience cramping or be light-headed, you did not hydrate!  Carry a water bottle around with you at all times.  If you have it in your hand you are more likely to remember to drink it! Duh.  And if you leave it here Belle will eat it!
