Great job Julie! I need to go heavier I guess, can’t imagine doing 45# kb or 95# clean and jerk 65# felt like a lot to me! See you all Friday I hope!
The more WODs you do, the stronger u will get… When I started, I was using a 35lb bar without added weight. Take the next OLY fundamentals class with Tunde, too.it took me 6 months to get pull ups …just keep pushing yourself, you will get stronger and better!!
