We are going to start doing a group warm up before each class. So you do not need to get here that early anymore to warm up. You really should only be here 5-10 min early to change if you need to. We will be doing some plyos, drills and stretches together. The warm up will start when class is supposed to start. The WOD will start 15 min later. My late rule still applies. For every min that you are late you will do 10 burpees. That is when the class starts. Not when the WOD starts.
