All those who wish to participate please give me your name before that day.  If you don’t, you can not play with us.  Everyday you must do one more burpee than the previous day.  I am changing the amount of time though.  We will start today and end on the last day of UCONN classes.  May 3.  That is exactly 250 days.

You do not have to do them all at once.  You can space them out during the day.  BUT,  if you miss a day, you must do that days burpees plus the previous days.  (ex.  say I am on day 72 but I don’t do them.  The next day is day 73.  I must do 73 burpees plus 72 burpees to still participate in the challenge)  If we do burpees in a wod, those burpees will count towards your days total.

We will see who can last the longest.  There might be something in it for the person or persons who last the longest!

Also, starting today the noon class is back on!
