Summer is sadly coming to a close. Starting Monday, August 27th we will be bringing back the noon class. That means starting the 27th there will be a 7:30am, 9am, 10:30am and 12:00pm in the morning. Afternoon classes stay the same.
Also, starting on the 27th we will be starting a Burpee Challenge. All those who wish to participate please give me your name before that day. If you don’t, you can not play with us. Everyday you must do one more burpee than the previous day. For 365 days. You do not have to do them all at once. You can space them out during the day. BUT, if you miss a day, you must do that days burpees plus the previous days. (ex. say I am on day 72 but I don’t do them. The next day is day 73. I must do 73 burpees plus 72 burpees to still participate in the challenge) If we do burpees in a wod, those burpees will count towards your days total.
We will see who can last the longest. There might be something in it for the person or persons who last the longest!
