Spread the word!  CFS has yoga every Thursday night at 7pm.  Typically $10 a session.  BUT this week it is FREE!  You do not have to be a member of CFS to join in with Nancy.  So bring a friend from outside the gym and check it out!  You can’t beat FREE!

Great job yesterday for those who came for the partner WOD.  I felt that one.  It was tough!  But tons of fun.
