Good luck to all of you who are doing the Warrior Dash today!  It is the perfect day for it.  You are more than prepared for it.  Don’t forget about me, Brigette, Brandon and Mike V. as well!  We will be competing as partners in a competition in Springfield.  Come give us some support!  The competition is from 10-5.

  • What an awesome day! Thanks for taking us, Brooke :)
    For those who weren’t there, Brooke and I got 3rd place in the women’s division! It was a long day, 5 WODs, and we rocked them.

    I also got a bunch of PRs: 120lb bench press, 30lb weighted pull up, 5 consecutive ring muscle ups, and 7 triple-unders in one minute.

    Time for a shower, some junk food, and bed!
