Rx 9:11 PR…. Finally getting DU’s!!
Im actually proud that i beat my time of this WOD from the summer which was over 12 minutes, finishing this on in 11:49
12:11 with single unders
RX 11:05 PR! Last time was 16:22!
Beat my previous time by about a minute
I beat my previous time by 4 minutes!!!
Rx 7:35(I think)…. The last time we did this I couldn’t do DU’s so it was a lot faster.
