Our 2nd Paleo Challenge is over!  Congrats to those who finished.  The male and female winners will be announced on Monday.

This Saturday the gym will be closed but there will be an At Home WOD.  The gym is closed because a number of our members are participating in a “Moms Only” competition at CrossFit Legitimus in Canton.  The competition starts at 10am.  If you are free this Saturday, put on your CFS shirt and come and support.  I will be there.

CFS will be closed for the Thanksgiving Day Holiday.  There will be only morning classes Wednesday the 21st.  And the gym will be closed from Thursday the 21st to Saturday the 23rd.  Normal classes and schedule will resume Monday the 26th.
