Well it was just down to Brandon and Brigette in our 250 Day Burpee Challenge. And after 181 days Brigette came out the victor! Congrats to both of them for having unbelievable determination to last this long. I was out Day 11. I could not imagine doing more than 11 burpees a day and I really don’t want to! So give them both a shout out!

I can’t believe we let burpees take over our lives for 6 months!! Thank you, everyone, for putting up with us rambling on about our various burpee strategies. I thought I would continue on without Brandon, and did for another day, but there are other crossfit skills I’d rather practice, so I’m going to set some new goals.
And way to go, Jess, on that 90lb snatch!
