Here is a board WOD we haven’t done in a while. Grace should be a struggle. You should not be able to do this in 1-2 min. You should not be able to do all 30 reps unbroken. Unless you are a badass like me. If you do do Grace in under 3 min and all unbroken, I will make you do it with a more suitable weight. So make sure you warm up and find a weight that is going to make you work.
