Also, some of you are coming a bit too early for classes lately and starting your warm up. I was allowing this when it was too cold to run outside and we only had 2 rowers to warm up. It’s starting to warm up outside and we’ve got plenty of rowers now. The warm up starts when class begins. Say you are coming to the 4:45pm. The warm up will start at 4:45pm. There is no need to come at 4:20, do your warm up, then stand around and stare for 20 min till we start the strength or WOD. I’m just gunna stare right back at you. Thanks
