The CrossFit Open starts this Wednesday!  I still can’t believe it’s this time of year again.  WOD 13.1 will be announced Wednesday night at 8pm.  Those who are registered for The Open will have till Sunday at 8pm to submit their best score.  And this will continue for the next 5 weeks.  1 workout per week.  EVERYONE  should register.  We will be doing the workouts as a gym on Saturdays anyways.  So why not see how you stack up against the rest of the world.  Then see how you improve next year.  If you are registered, you will be given the option to do the workout as many times as you want before you submit your final score.  But for it to count, one of the CFS instructors has to judge you.  You may schedule times to complete the workout in between classes throughout the week.  NOT DURING CLASSES.  If you do not wish to do the workout more than once, you can just come in for one of the Saturday classes.  If you do not submit your score by Sunday night at 8pm you are out of The Open.  No exceptions.  Your score does not count unless one of the CFS instructors judges you.  And you MUST submit the score we give you.   All rules and movement standards will be discussed before you start.  If you have any questions, please ask!
