We are going to have a little St. Patty’s Day WOD here at CFS. Saturday the 16th there will only be one class at 11am. If you are over 21, there will be a little surprise in order for you to finish your WOD. If you are under 21 or do not wish to participate in this particular portion, there will be other options available for you to cash out. But it will be a blast no matter what you pick!
