Oh man. What a terrible/awesome way to start. I hate burpees, but I love me some snatch. Open WOD 13.1 is going to be 17 min in hell. Remember, if you are registered to compete in the Open, you can schedule a time to do each workout as often as you like. You must be judged my a CFS instructor and it has to be schedule in between classes. If you only want to suffer through them once we will be doing them as the gyms WOD on Saturdays. Good Luck!
