How do I get started?
The first thing you should do is come in and check out the place.  Come in and get a tour and talk with our coaches.  Either call or email to set up a time. Everyone is allowed one free workout.  Check out the schedule to see which class works for you.
If you think CrossFit Storrs is for you we will then set you up for your On Ramp Classes.

On Ramp Classes – Requirement to Enroll in Classes
Everyone who joins must attend the CrossFit Storrs On Ramp Fundamental Classe.  The On Ramp is one two and a half to three hour course on Saturday at 11am.  Over the 3 hours you will learn the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit along with safety at the gym.  You will also get to meet our coaches.  After you have attended and completed the On Ramp you are able to join in on the Group Classes.  You must EMAIL to schedule your On Ramp.

**ATTENTION GROUPONERS!: There is no On Ramp purchase or attendance necessary to buy or redeem your Groupon. You can start joining in on group classes ASAP. NO ON RAMP NECESSARY.**

Group Classes
Our Group Classes run throughout the day, 6 days per week.  Check the schedule to see which class works for you.  There will be a coach at every class to critque your form, give you advice on nutrition and push you harder.   Each class will consist of a Warm Up, Lesson, Strength and a WOD.


Because CrossFit Storrs is a hybrid of personal training and group fitness, you will find that our prices are higher than a regular, or “Globo,” gym but lower than any personal training you will find.   We stand by our prices because we know the results that we offer.  At CrossFit Storrs we ask for a 6 month or year long commitment on your part.  Change does not come quick or without hard work.  And nothing worth having comes easy.  What is your health and life worth?

Military/Police/Fire/EMS – $129 (137.19)

Full Time Student – $129 (137.19) *must have proof – at least 3 month commitment*

6 month commitment - $149 (158.46)
1 Year commitment – $139 (147.83)

1 Year Pay in Full – $1,500 (1595.25) - *2 and a Half Months Free!*

Drop in Fee $20 per class - $10 for kids
