Any rescheduling or cancellations due to holidays or other events will be posted on the Home page of the site, so check there often!

Arrive 5-10 min early to class.  Warm up will start at exactly the time class is scheduled to start.  FOR EACH MINUTE THAT YOU ARE LATE YOU WILL DO 10 BURPEES.   If you are more than 10 min late to a class, you will be asked to leave and return to the next class.

CrossFit Classes

These classes are open for everyone.

Open Gym

There is Open Gym Monday-Wednesday from 8am-9am and 6pm-7pm.  There is no Open Gym Thursday or Friday evenings.  At this time you can come in and work on extra stuff or do a WOD that you missed.  There will also be a CrossFit Class at this time.

**Oly Class**

Every Thursday night at the 6pm class is Olympic Lifting ONLY.  There is no regular CrossFit class.  Here you can spend the class working on your Oly Lifts.  Work on getting stronger and perfecting your olympic lifts.  There is a normal CrossFit class Monday-Wednesday at 6pm.

**Gymnastics Class**

Friday nights at 6pm are a Gymnastics Skill Class ONLY.  There is no regular CrossFit class.  Here you can spend time with one of our instructors working on things like muscle ups, handstand walks or holds, kipping or butterfly pull ups and efficiency tips.
