Any rescheduling or cancellations due to holidays or other events will be posted on the Home page of the site, so check there often!
Arrive to class 5-10 min early to get the warm up in. The Strength and the WOD will start at exactly the time class is scheduled to start. If you are more than 10 min late to a class, you will be asked to leave and return to the next class.

**Tunde Time**
Every Thursday night at the 6pm class is Tunde Time ONLY. There is no regular CrossFit class. Here you can spend the class working with our lifting coach Tunde. Work on getting stronger and perfecting your olympic lifts.
